At the end of each school year, the Business Office requests three versions of the ILGSA (attendance) reports in order to submit required State reporting.
1. Log into VSCO in SISK12 for the desired school year
2. Navigate to Reports-->Student-->State Reports
3. Select Attendance from the Select Report drop-down menu
4. Check the Include ALL Sites checkbox
5. Click on the green Continue button next to the Select Report drop-down menu
6. Report 1:
State Residency Codes: check Resident (only)
Student Selection Status: check All Active & Withdrawn
Click on Start Report
Report 2:
State Residency Codes: check all but Resident
Student Selection Status: check Specify Custom Selection
Click on Start Report
Click Go to Grid for Selection
Load the template named Placed Outside D65
Click Done
Report 3:
State Residency Codes: check all but Resident
Student Selection Status: check All Active & Withdrawn
Click on Start Report
7. When the Status is Complete, click on the arrow to the right of the reports, print and deliver to the Business Office.
